This individual is impersonating a legitimate immigration professional and stealing money from innocent people.
FALSE CLAIMS OF RELATIONSHIP: To gain your trust, this scammer is telling fake stories and falsely claiming to be the brother of Sunil Jain and Sammer Jain (owner of another established immigration company in Surrey). THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. Neither Sunil Jain nor Sammer Jain has any relation, association, or affiliation with this individual or his fake company, “Sunish Sunil Jain.”
DO NOT SEND MONEY – BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL: We have received numerous distressing phone calls from clients who have been defrauded after sending money to this person.
- DO NOT send e-transfers to this individual. He is directing victims to send money to random, unverified email addresses.
- ALL of his LMIAs (Labour Market Impact Assessments) are 100% fake.
- His retainer agreements, consultation links, and immigration documents are forged.
LAW ENFORCEMENT UPDATE: We have officially reported this fraudster to the Surrey Police and the RCMP. Unfortunately, we have found that authorities are currently unable or unwilling to take immediate action to stop him. Because the police are not stepping in to shut this down right now, it is up to you to be incredibly careful and protect yourself from being scammed.
