2. Home Support Worker Pilot:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Employer Eligibility:

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Must demonstrate the need for a caregiver due to a genuine caregiving need (e.g., childcare, elderly care).
• Must meet the program’s specific requirements for employment conditions and wages.

2. Caregiver Eligibility:

• Must have relevant experience in caregiving, with skills and qualifications that match the needs of the family.
• Must pass medical, criminal, and background checks.
• Must meet the language proficiency requirements as specified by the program.
