ICT Business Visa
ICT Business Visa
Canada has introduced the International Mobility Program, which allows skilled foreign workers to work temporarily in the country. This initiative, known as Intra-Company Transferee (ICT) Canada, facilitates employees’ transfers to Canada-based business operations if the parent company has an international presence.
The Canadian government embraces the ICT Canada arrangement due to its potential to bring significant economic advantages to the country. This framework allows for the transfer of expertise, benefiting Canadian businesses.
Applying for the ICT Visa helps companies bypass the need for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), as this work permit category is LMIA-exempt.
As a prominent professional immigration consultancy, renowned for effective solutions, we specialize in successfully and promptly processing Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) applications.
