- Genuine job offer as general practitioner, specialist physician, or family physician from local Health Authority or IWK Health Centre.
- Fulfillment of work experience requirements for Express Entry program.

- Commitment to two years' stay via Return for Service Agreement.

- Satisfy eligibility conditions, including holding an Express Entry profile.

Skilled Worker Stream
Minimum Requirements:
- Age between 21 and 55 years.
- Full-time job offer from local employer.
- Minimum high school education.
- Qualifications, training, licensing, or certification for job.
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience in the past five years.
- Language proficiency as specified.
- Intention to settle in Nova Scotia with corresponding financial stability.
Application Process:
- Check eligibility, gather necessary documents, and apply online.
- Successful applicants receive a nomination certificate via email and IRCC.
- Subsequent steps include applying for permanent residence directly with IRCC within six months.
- Option to request Letter of Support for temporary work permit from NSOI.
Occupation In-Demand Stream
Eligible Occupations:
- Nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates.
- Food and beverage serving workers.
- Food counter attendants, kitchen helpers, and related occupations.
- Light duty cleaners.
- Transport truck drivers.
- Heavy equipment operators (excluding cranes).
- Construction trades helpers and laborers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age between 21 and 55 years.
- Full-time job offer from local employer in eligible occupation.
- One year of relevant work experience in said occupation.
- Minimum high school education.
- Relevant training or education.
- Language proficiency of at least CLB 4.
- Financial capability for permanent settlement.
International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream
Eligible Occupations:
- Nurse aides, patient service associates, orderlies.
- Child educators and assistants.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full-time post-secondary degree/diploma from Nova Scotia, residing in the province during studies.
- Intent to reside in Nova Scotia.
- Ownership/operation of business in Nova Scotia or one year of management experience.
- Language proficiency (CLB 7).
- Age at least 21.
- Valid Post-Graduation Work Permit.
- Ownership of one-third of eligible business, active management, salary proof.
Entrepreneur Stream
Minimum Requirements:
- Age at least 21.
- Legally acquired personal assets and net business worth of CAD 600,000.
- Legitimate accumulation of net worth.
- Minimum three years of business ownership or five years of senior business management.
- CAD 150,000 investment in Nova Scotia business.
- Language proficiency (CLB 5).
- High school education.
- Business Establishment Plan.
Physician Stream
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification as general practitioner, family or specialist physician.
- Approved opportunity with Nova Scotia Health Authority or IWK Health Centre.
- Required qualifications/training for provincial licensure.
